Our HP Team Coaching programme provides coaching to teams wanting that all important step change in how they perform.

We bring specialist understanding and approaches on how teams can best perform. We make this available to the teams we coach, whilst remembering that ultimately the role of good coaching is to drive accountability for improvement to the team.

or every team we coach on high performance (HP), we flex and personalise our approach based on the particular needs. During the Discovery step, we utilise our High Performance Team Assessment model (based on Google's work on Team effectiveness and our own research) to assess the key factors that influence whether a team performs or not. This underpins the whole programme.

The assessment looks across the following 5 areas:​

  1. Psychological safety – How comfortable the team members are in challenging one another, being honest and contributing?
  2. Dependability – How reliable team members are in doing as promised?
  3. Team role mix – How far the team has a healthy mix of team role types with clear expectations?
  4. Purpose – How far is the team clear on its purpose and motivated to achieve this?
  5. Well being – How content and happy is the team?

As part of this assessment a Belbin assessment is also provided for each team member.

Our Process

How We Work

Discovery

Kick off session to confirm suitability of the coaching, and to agree on target goals and approach.

Learning

First few coaching sessions to build the coaching relationship and review performance needs.

Storming

Ongoing feedback on, and update of, improvement interventions that the individual is trialling.
04

Norming

Final consolidation sessions to support the embedding of performance improvements.
