We are currently recruiting for a number of roles, both permanent and contract to join our growing team. At Enfuse you will be expected to:
Be a team player, typically operating as a project team member where your primary focus is on executing your assigned work. Within this role you may have the responsibility of leading specific work-streams or small project teams

Support sales opportunities
Support and at times lead internal initiatives at Enfuse to help nurture and grow a modern successful consultancy
Permanent Opportunities
Learn and develop core consulting capabilities as you work both remotely and on-site, and alongside senior project teams to support in the delivery of IT and digital transformation projects and programmes across our core capability areas.
ANALYST

Contribute to the delivery of programmes and projects across a variety of industry sectors
Support project teams in defining and implementing business process management strategies and governance structures
Support the design and delivery of internal organisational initiatives

0-2 years’ in a client facing/management consulting environment.

Utilise and further build your core consulting capabilities by contributing to the design and delivery of IT and digital transformation projects and programmes across our core capability areas.
CONSULTANT

Utilise your core consulting capabilities to enable clients to delivery high quality products and services.
Further develop your consulting capabilities through support and coaching from senior members of the team and on the job.
Support the design and delivery of internal organisational initiatives

1-3 years’ within management consulting
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in at least one of our core capabilities areas, and contributing to the delivery of programmes, projects and/or products.
Passion for IT and digital trends

Oversee and deliver complex IT and digital transformation initiatives
Manage and build day-to-day client relationships, develop key accounts, and drive new business across your portfolio
Utilise and further build your leadership and coaching capabilities to mentor and develop junior members of the team
Lead the delivery of internal organisational initiatives.

3-6 years’ within management consulting
Demonstrable cross-sector experience overseeing and delivering programmes, projects and/or agile products in at least one of our capability areas.
Knowledge and understanding of best practice in IT and Digital transformation implementations
Demonstrable ability to evolve and nurture key accounts for account growth and client value
Lead and deliver programmes, projects and products across our core capability areas, and have complete autonomy to own your key deliverables and develop key accounts across your portfolio.
