Help Us Create Something Amazing

We're hiring

At Enfuse Group we’re always looking for those who are passionate about making a difference by solving complex client problems in an inclusive environment, whilst having fun doing it.

Our aim is simple, to create a highly motivated, talented and engaged team that enable our clients to be high performers. We do this by transforming and delivering; be it technology, process or people-orientated change.

We are a young, ambitious company going through our next phase of growth, meaning that anyone who joins us has the opportunity to not only deliver for our clients, but also be involved in helping to shape and run the company.

We are currently looking for experienced Consultants to join our growing team. As a Consultant you will be expected to:

  • Have worked in consulting and/or delivery roles for at least 2 years with experience coming from big, boutique or an industry background.
  • Be a team player, typically operating as a project team member where your primary focus is on executing your assigned work. Within this role you may have the responsibility of leading specific workstreams or small project teams
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to drive your own assigned work forward
  • Have the ability to work closely with client members and teams, winning their respect and trust by understanding their needs, delivering quality outputs and being professional
  • Support sales opportunities
  • Support and at times lead internal initiatives at Enfuse to help nurture and grow a modern successful consultancy

We have created a working environment where everyone can flourish

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is something we take very seriously at Enfuse, not just because we consult our clients on it, but because we genuinely believe in it's benefits for society, people and our company.

We regularly review our practices against the protected characteristics outlined in the UK Equality Act 2010 but equally we are not limited by these characteristics only. We know that people also want to feel included for things that are not protected by law such as being a working parent, carer, or of a particular socio-economic status. We do our best to ensure fairness for everyone.

So what does this mean in practice?

Well, we are open about who we are at an individual level and supportive of the things that make us all different. We take every opportunity we can to educate our colleagues on matters that are important to us and central to our characters so that we can all learn from each other’s differences.

Our people are creative thinkers and problem solvers so we know the value in having a neurodiverse team already.

We actively encourage all candidates to let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments to allow you to perform your best at interview or at work. In some cases, we are happy to completely re-think how we assess your capability during the process.

Countless studies have told us that diverse teams perform better but for us, the most important thing is that diverse teams are happier at work.

We are an equal opportunity employer and truly embrace diversity in all it’s forms. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all of our people to flourish in by allowing our people to be their authentic selves at work.

Giving Back

Giving back to our community is important to us. We wanted to develop a Giving Back programme that helps to create fairness in our society.

We appreciate that we are incredibly lucky to live in a developed world and work in a profession that can be difficult for some to have access to. We are determined to do what we can to contribute towards creating fairness both in developed countries and in our profession.

In practice this means that we will undertake a review each year of where we offer our support as a business and also where we offer our support to colleagues wishing to give back.

Last year we chose to donate Christmas gifts to under-privileged children via the Metropolitan Police's Christmas appeal.

Consulting should not be considered an 'elite' profession and should be accessible to all. For 2021 we are going to donate our time by going into schools in under-privileged areas to expose them to what a career in Consulting can bring. Our Directors also regularly mentor students who are close to school or University leaving age as they embark on their careers..

People are at the heart of any transformation

When organisations are considering an Op Model change, the people the change will affect need to be front and centre of all thinking related to the change. It is far too common for ‘the people’ to be considered too far along in the process, or not really considered at all. This leads to Op Models that fail because they are incompatible with the people required to actually make them work. So, how can we avoid this to happen?

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - The 7 Step Approach

I don’t think anyone could have predicted the year we have had and I think most people will agree it has been pretty rubbish. The best thing to have come out of 2020 came from an absolute tragedy. The murder of George Floyd prompted emotion, demonstrations and conversations across the world. In turn it has made companies wake up and realise that we have to do better in aiming for better ethnic diversity in the workplace.

Real Legal Tech (Part One)

To say this year has been interesting is an understatement, but even prior to the pandemic, questions were being asked by senior partners, general councils, COOs and lawyers in general. ‘Why do we spend so much on new IT systems, tools and applications, yet the benefits are so minimal?’

Culture trumps strategy every time

Digital Transformation is all the rage these days – as businesses try and deliver customer centric value to the market quicker than their competitors. However, it is often done without consideration for the cultural impact of these changes to your business.
