We are currently recruiting for a number of roles, both permanent and contract to join our growing team. As a Consultant you will be expected to:

  • Have worked in consulting and/or delivery roles for at least 2 years with experience coming from big, boutique or an industry background.
  • Be a team player, typically operating as a project team member where your primary focus is on executing your assigned work. Within this role you may have the responsibility of leading specific workstreams or small project teams
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to drive your own assigned work forward
  • Have the ability to work closely with client members and teams, winning their respect and trust by understanding their needs, delivering quality outputs and being professional
  • Support sales opportunities
  • Support and at times lead internal initiatives at Enfuse to help nurture and grow a modern successful consultancy

Giving Back

Giving back to our community is important to us. We wanted to develop a Giving Back programme that helps to create fairness in our society.

We appreciate that we are incredibly lucky to live in a developed world and work in a profession that can be difficult for some to have access to. We are determined to do what we can to contribute towards creating fairness both in developed countries and in our profession.

In practice this means that we will undertake a review each year of where we offer our support as a business and also where we offer our support to colleagues wishing to give back.

Last year we chose to donate Christmas gifts to under-privileged children via the Metropolitan Police's Christmas appeal.

Consulting should not be considered an 'elite' profession and should be accessible to all. For 2021 we are going to donate our time by going into schools in under-privileged areas to expose them to what a career in Consulting can bring. Our Directors also regularly mentor students who are close to school or University leaving age as they embark on their careers..
