Enfuse appoints Emma-Jean Edwards as Head of Commercial Initiatives & Strategic Partnerships 

Edwards joins Enfuse Group to drive growth through strategic partnerships and market-leading commercial initiatives.   

Enfuse has appointed Emma-Jean Edwards as Head of Commercial Initiatives and Strategic Partnerships, bolstering its commercial leadership for the next stage of expansion.  

On her appointment, Enfuse Group founder Graeme Curwen comments, “Emma-Jean brings a powerful mix of commercial expertise, creative thinking and the ability to turn strategy into real results. Her energy and track record in building strong partnerships and elevating market presence make her an outstanding addition to our commercial leadership team. Emma-Jean is a commercially driven leader with broad cross-sector expertise. She has a proven record in driving revenue growth through strategic commercial engagement and client-focused growth, as well as refining internal processes to enable scalable, sustainable expansion. Her background includes advising on and strengthening brand identity and market positioning. Previously Commercial Director at an advisory and technology firm, Emma-Jean blends commercial acumen with technology and transformation experience, making her ideally placed for this role at Enfuse. She is recognised for her energetic, innovative approach, consistently bringing positive change to every organisation she joins. 

At Enfuse, Emma-Jean will lead the strategy and execution of commercial programmes that deepen and expand the company’s partnerships ecosystem while driving revenue growth. In her remit, she will shape the future of Enfuse’s existing, highly valued partnerships and open new avenues of opportunity through targeted collaboration and market development. Working closely with the executive team, she will help steer the commercial engine of the business toward a common goal of sustainable growth - spanning commercial training, marketing and communications, brand identity, pipeline management, and more.
