Enfuse Group appoints Abi Carberry as Principal Consultant
Enfuse Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Abi Carberry as Principal Consultant.
Abi is an accomplished transformation leader with over 25 years of experience delivering complex finance and ERP change programmes across a range of sectors. Her career has spanned senior roles at large organisations, where she has led strategic projects that reshape how finance, procurement, and business operations work together.
Her expertise lies in navigating complex environments and helping organisations align technology with their business goals. She is particularly skilled in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership, with a strong track record of supporting clients through transformation journeys involving Microsoft Dynamics, Unit4 Business World, Oracle, and SAP.
Abi is also a certified Project Manager and Business Analyst, bringing both structure and adaptability to her work. Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, helping organisations modernise their systems, strengthen their processes, and embed sustainable change.
A passionate advocate for people, Abi has played an active role in shaping inclusive cultures, and is known for her thoughtful leadership style and ability to bring people with her through periods of change.
