Enfuse Group celebrated success at this year's MCA Awards, winning the International award alongside Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS).

The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) annually hosts and celebrates the UK's leading management consultancy firms and their impact across the public and private sectors.

The award-winning programme with ISS transformed how the organisation operates globally, establishing a single digital operating model across more than 60 countries. The transformation unified operational, communication and financial processes, helping ISS reduce complexity, strengthen controls, improve cashflow and create a more consistent experience across its global network.

The programme delivered significant results, including a 50% automation rate across procure-to-pay processes and a four-day reduction in Disbursement Account turnaround times globally, contributing to 28% overall profit growth.

The MCA's International category recognises projects that successfully overcome organisational, cultural, regulatory and geographical barriers to deliver meaningful outcomes across international markets. The judges praised the Enfuse and ISS programme for having 'built trust across borders and in diverse communities', whilst 'breaking new ground and creating something really innovative'.

The evening also saw recognition for Enfuse's people in the Individual categories.

Enfuse Group's own Arun Sönksen was recognised as Highly Commended in the Rising Star category. The judges praised Arun as 'a consultant with a deep public service ethos who is passionate about emerging technology's role in consulting'.

Additionally, Jack Stimpson was named as a finalist for Team Leader Consultant of the Year, whilst Camille Kok was recognised as a finalist in the Rising Star category, reflecting the impact both continue to make for clients and colleagues alike.

Graeme Curwen, Co-Founder and CEO of Enfuse Group, commented:

"Winning the International award alongside Inchcape Shipping Services is fantastic recognition of the impact this programme has delivered across a truly global organisation."

"We're equally proud to see Arun recognised as Highly Commended, and to celebrate Jack and Camille reaching the finals in their categories. Having both our client work and our people recognised by the MCA makes this a special achievement for the whole Enfuse team."

As Enfuse continues to grow, recognition like this reinforces our commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients while creating opportunities for our people to grow, develop and make an impact.
