Enfuse Group appoints James Weller as Chief People Officer

Enfuse Group is pleased to announce the appointment of James Weller as Chief People Officer.

James joins Enfuse at an important stage in the firm’s growth. He will lead the continued development of its people strategy, culture and employee experience, working closely with the leadership team to ensure Enfuse remains a place where talented people can thrive, develop and do meaningful work.

With more than 15 years’ experience helping ambitious businesses grow and evolve, James brings expertise in people strategy, talent and organisational change. He has worked across AI, SaaS, financial services and professional services, most recently serving as Chief of Staff and previously VP People at Divido.
