Enfuse partnered with a top global business school to refine its digital strategy and reshape its Technology operating model. By assessing current capabilities, uncovering shadow IT, and exploring product-centric options, we created a clear target design with defined transition states. This work led to executive approval of the refreshed strategy and a stronger, more future-ready Technology function.
