Enfuse Group are delighted to announce that Jeremy Pauls has joined the company as a Director.

Jeremy brings over 20 years of experience of working with organisations in the Public & Private sectors, in recent years working closely with and supporting Leaders across the UK & Ireland within Higher Education, Charitable sectors.

Having spent the last 5 years building a start-up consulting business into an established firm (for a large well-known international services business), Jeremy’s move to Enfuse Group is reflective of the ambition of the investment that Enfuse are making in order to further solidify their position in the Consulting services and technology market and within the sectors that the business has had great success within in recent years.

Founder Graeme Curwen comments “We are so excited to have Jeremy with us to support our growth. With his extensive experience working with Public & Private sector organisations, he is a fantastic addition to our leadership team. Jeremy’s deep expertise in transformation and change, as well has his ability to guide organisations through transformation will be invaluable as we continue to expand. His passion for delivering real, measurable value aligns perfectly with our mission at Enfuse. He brings the right mindset and energy to our organisation and really understands the way we work and our values. We are really looking forward to the positive impact he will make.”

Jeremy brings with him a deep experience of helping clients craft and align their “initial thinking” and strategic goals to best operational practice in the sphere of “Transformation and Change”, so often centred around heavy investment Programmes in Technology like ERP, HR, CRM and customer or “student” systems. Jeremy describes this in simple terms as “how do we do what we do better, how do we spend our money wisely and how “do tech” right? – not easy in today’s economic climate”.

He also brings with him a good knowledge and working relationship of many of the common Tier 1 & 2 technologies but more so the emerging and growing in popularity solutions such as Workday.

On his appointment, Pauls commented “I am thrilled to join the Team at Enfuse, I have been watching their progress and success in recent times and to have the opportunity to add to what is already a mega impressive firm, is great! The owners Harry and Graeme are real life advocates of ‘great culture, great results’ which I personally think in this market makes all the difference. There is a huge opportunity to help various organisations out there including Universities ‘be better’. I genuinely believe that often the answers to the challenges we all face are not always obvious and sometimes people need a little help along the way, that’s what we’re all about.”
